Face Yoga

                     Yoga!! Do Yoga!! practice yoga!! these are the most common phrases everyone is using these days. Yoga has proven results when you practice it on daily basis. We do get fascinated towards the beauty cream advertisements.We often wonder if we to could have healthy, supple, beautiful skin. But don't worry its not far anymore.Dream can come true just few steps away. In this blog I am going to give you few and easy steps for our glowing skin. Just follow it and results will be visible soon. no need to pay for it, its totally free.So lets get started. 

Glowing Skin Exercises:

1. Temple Dancer



How to do it:
1. Inhale and exhale in normal manner.

2. Keep your mouth close.

3.Move eyeballs corner to corner slowly.

4. while moving eyeballs keep breathing normally and mouth close.
5. Repeat for 10-15 times


2. Surprise Me


How to do it:
1. Take a deep breath.

2.Open your eyes wide.

3. try to expose it as much as of the white of your eyes.

4. concentrate on one point try to stay in that position for at least 10 sec.

5. Repeat for 4-5 times. 

3.Satchmo ( Get Cheeky)


How to do it:
1. Inhale from your mouth deeply. fill it with air.

2. Close your mouth immediately.

3. transfer air from one cheek to other.

4. Repeat for 15 times.


4. Baby Bird


How to do it:
1.Press the tip of your tongue to roof of your mouth.

2.now smile and swallow while pointing chin at the ceiling. 

3.Repeat this for 10 times.


5. Slim fish face


How to do it:
1.Take a deep breath.

2.Suck your cheeks and shrink your lips.

3. Keep this pose for 10 seconds.

4. Repeat this for 10 times.


6. Lion Face


How to do it:
1.Take a deep breath while you inhale from nose.

2.Now Exhale through your mouth wide open as much as you could. stick the tongue out maximum.

3.Hold the position for 10 sec. and relax.

4. Repeat this for 5 times. 


7. Buddha Face



How to do it:
1.Take a deep breath.

2.Close your eyes and relax.

3. Keep breathing in normal manner.

4.Keep doing this for at least 20 sec,
